"Chance of precipitation is 80%," warned the National Weather Service, with new rainfall amounts estimated between a quarter and a half of an inch.

The weekend will kick off with a mild threat of rain and a slightly increased high of 82 degrees on Saturday, as gusts shift from the southwest to the northwest throughout the afternoon.
Sunday promises to deliver clear skies and a toasty high of around 88 degrees, a trend that seems to persist into Monday with a forecasted high of 89 degrees. Even as Tuesday rolls around, despite a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms disrupting the mostly sunny outlook, the temperatures are expected to remain high at 89 degrees.
