“I am proud to say that deceptive and anti-competitive junk fees won’t be allowed in Minnesota for much longer,” Senator Port, representing the DFL from Burnsville, proudly stated. Running roughshod over duplicitous pricing schemes, this law, according to Port, ensures that Minnesotans will no longer be taken for a ride when it comes to hidden costs. “Today, we are standing up for Minnesotans who expect honesty and transparency in their economy,” Senator Port added.
