Authorities describe Zhao as a Chinese male, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 136 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last spotted on May 16 around 11 AM near Filbert Street and Grant Avenue, sporting a dark grey jacket paired with khaki pants—an outfit that may help identify him amidst the urban throngs. A photograph of Zhao is being widely circulated, and citizens are implored to keep a watchful eye on him.
In a statement obtained by the San Francisco Police Department's official release, they have reassured the community that a meticulous and ongoing search is in place for the at-risk senior. The public is encouraged to actively contribute to the search by spreading the word and reporting any sightings or information that could lead to locating Zhao.
