Good news for foodies in Goodyear – Spitz Mediterranean Street Food is set to spice up downtown with its modern twist on traditional Mediterranean eats. Marking the latest addition to the GSQ urban center, the joint is ready to roll out wraps, gyros, salads, and some mean fries. And for the plant-powered crowd, Spitz is dishing out a vegan menu too.
"We're really excited to be part of GSQ," Jaskarn Singh, owner of the Goodyear Spitz location, told Goodyear City's news. Singh promises an ambiance draped in artwork, electrifying tunes, and a mix of good drinks with really great food. Goodyear Mayor Joe Pizzillo is stoked as well, applauding the addition of Spitz to the culinary landscape and underlining it as a leap forward in transforming the city into a happening hotspot for locals and tourists alike.
But the story here goes beyond a single restaurant. GSQ, a venture conceived and being developed by the family-run Globe Corp., aims to be a bustling heartbeat of Goodyear. As per the City of Goodyear, President and Co-CEO of Globe Corporation, George Getz, expressed his enthusiasm about the development, "We are excited to share that Spitz is opening soon at GSQ," he said. "We continue to welcome desired restaurants that all have their own unique flavor. GSQ is taking shape as the place to be!"
