A young girl and a man were shot early Friday morning in Cordova, leaving the community on edge. According to Action News 5, the Memphis Police Department arrived on the scene on Chimneyrock Boulevard just after 6 a.m., finding the victims in critical condition.
While responding to the incident, authorities found the 15-year-old girl and the 18-year-old man both sustained injuries from the gunfire.
