Three suspects have been detained following a high-speed chase through Memphis that culminated in a crash involving a stolen vehicle. Vibe reported the incident began when a Chevrolet Camaro, confirmed as stolen, was spotted by Memphis police near Tillman Street and Sam Cooper Boulevard at approximately 2:22 p.m.

The pursuit quickened as a helicopter joined to relentlessly track the stolen car, leading the suspects to lose control and smash into a stop sign at the intersection of Jamerson and Macon Roads. The crash resulted in injuries to three individuals— a man who sustained non-critical injuries and two children who were also in non-critical condition, all taken to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital for treatment.

Following the accident, the trio attempted to fleetingly run from the scene but were apprehended by the police soon after. WREG stated that the suspects were taken into custody, although their names have not been released pending further investigation.
