The MCSO reports indicated that an altercation sparked between the occupants of a vehicle and a man on foot. It was during this confrontation that the unknown pedestrian drew a firearm and fired upon the car. The victim, the vehicle’s driver, sustained a gunshot wound to the head. In a dire rush for survival, the wounded driver was promptly escorted to Mt. Hood Medical Center by a passenger.
