Allanson, who was last seen at her residence on the 2000 block of Sol Street, is described as a black woman, 5'08", 210 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen dressed in cheetah-print onesie pajamas, and her lack of familiarity with the surrounding area, combined with her medical condition, raises significant concerns for her well-being. According to the Sheriff's office, Laurie may want to travel to New Jersey and seek transport.
The local law enforcement is pooling every resource to aid in the search for Allanson. The public is urged to keep an eye out and report any sightings or information that may help in her safe return. The Sheriff's office emphasizes, "Our Victims are never forgotten," underlying the gravity with which they are approaching the situation.
If anyone has seen Laurie Allanson or has information regarding her whereabouts, they're encouraged to contact the authorities immediately by dialing 9-1-1. The plea for public help is crucial, as Allanson does not have access to money or a cell phone, which significantly limits her ability to reach out for assistance herself. Community members are asked to remain vigilant and report any possible leads to the local police.
