His clothing at the time comprised a grey hooded sweatshirt, dark grey sweatpants, and Sketcher shoes. Furthermore, Fountain was last seen driving his grey 2015 Volkswagen Passat with the California license plate 8JYV132.
Compounding the concern for Fountain's well-being is the fact that he is classified as "at risk" due to medical concerns. He has a pacemaker and depends on pacemaker medication.
