As reported by the City of Chandler's official website, crowd-pleasers Cold Shott and the Hurricane Horns will be the headline act heating up the night with back-to-back 60-minute sets starting at 7:05 p.m., attendees will be bopping to the rhythm, and they'll also be treated to a splashy five-minute pyrotechnic show at 8:20 p.m., replacing traditional fireworks, as a rockin' backdrop to the music-filled evening.
There's more than just the music to get excited about. Those who show up can get in on a raffle for a chance to win one of six themed gift baskets, with winners drawn at 8:10 p.m., "Winners need to be present" the organizers reminded, the first 400 guests will also score a coupon for a complimentary cool treat—choose from bomb pops, smoothies, lemonades, or snow cones.
For families looking to kick back and enjoy, oversized yard games like Connect 4 and checkers will be available to play, and when hunger strikes, a variety of food vendors will be serving up refreshments, including water, lemonade, hot dogs, and other quick bites.
