Coweta County residents have a new option for renewing vehicle tags with a third tag renewal kiosk unveiled at the Publix in Senoia. The Coweta County Tax Commissioner's Office is behind the installation, providing a self-service solution for citizens needing to renew their vehicle registration and print their decals within just 60 seconds, as reported by Coweta County's official website.
Tax Commissioner Justin McMichael expressed his dedication to improving local services, stating, "I am thrilled to have this new tag renewal kiosk in Senoia, which will reduce travel time for residents needing to quickly renew their tags." There's an intent to further expand these services, with plans to possibly install a kiosk in Grantville, depending on future developments with grocery chains like Publix or Kroger.
Convenience is key with the new kiosk, accessible during store hours, this allows citizens the flexibility to take care of registration needs before or after work or on weekends. The Coweta County Tax Commissioner's Office emphasized the importance of providing services that can easily fit into the busy schedules of the community.
The county has previously installed tag renewal kiosks at two Kroger locations – Newnan Crossing and Thomas Crossroads. Besides registration renewals and decal printing, these kiosks also cater for the payment of insurance fines.
With these technological advances, Coweta County shows its commitment to bringing everyday governmental interactions into a more modern and accessible realm. Residents looking to utilize these services or seeking more details can find them on the Coweta County website.
