The rider of the Harley Davidson, whose identity has been withheld pending notification of next of kin, succumbed to the injuries sustained in the crash. According to WATE, the motorcyclist was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. The driver of the truck was reportedly unharmed and charges are pending against him.
