Whiting, described as being about 5 feet 10 inches tall, and weighing approximately 180 pounds, was last seen at a relative's home on Newport Drive around 5:15 pm on June 22, as per the Frisco Police Department. The department noted that he was wearing a brown cap, a blue short-sleeve shirt, and dark blue pants at that time.
