The Harris County Sheriff's Office District 4 Patrol units responded to the incident, which involved a male suspect accused of shoplifting merchandise valued at over $3,700. The apprehension was not without its complications, as the suspect added to his charges by attempting to evade law enforcement.
Deputy J. Cirlos, of the HCSO_D4Patrol, confirmed the suspect was taken into custody and further noted the individual had multiple felony warrants to his name. The goods, rightfully belonging to Lowes, were promptly returned following the arrest.
