Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have negotiated a pause on their Milton mansion's impending foreclosure, buying themselves an additional 90 days to secure a buyer for the property. The couple struck an agreement with Truist Bank to halt the foreclosure process, providing a window to sell the home outside of foreclosure proceedings. The mansion, featuring seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and three partial bathrooms, sits on the green expanse of the Manor Golf & Country Club, boasting a view of the lake and the 18th fairway.
The home touts luxe amenities that include a walk-in wine cellar, billiard room, arcade game room, as well as a home theater. Additionally, the gym is equipped with a private massage room, and the property includes a full in-law suite replete with its own kitchen and living quarters. Despite the grandeur, the specter of foreclosure has loomed over the home twice, the latest scheduled for May 3 before being stayed by court order. At a the end of 2023, according to FOX5 Atlanta, the asking price plummeted from the original $6 million to a reduced $4.5 million, underscoring the urgency to dispense with the estate.
Zolciak and Biermann's publicized divorce proceedings inject further complications into the narrative. After 11 years, the couple's relationship has culminated in a series of legal volleys—with an initial divorce filing in May 2023, a temporary reversal in July, and a consequent reaffirmation in August. The current status of their divorce remains one of contention and unresolved financial quagmires.
Off the market tumult and personal struggles, the mansion's lavish details still beckon potential buyers. Kroy Biermann's lawyer has previously outlined to FOX5 Atlanta the depths of their financial distress, with Biermann having sought an emergency hearing to sell personal items to alleviate debts. The same reporting detailed accusations of theft by Zolciak and outlined Biermann's challenges with her alleged serious gambling habits. Such personal tribulations, juxtaposed against the tranquil backdrop of a golf course view, present a tableau of contrast that is hard to ignore.
