
A man is fighting for his life after being shot in Binghampton, Memphis yesterday morning, law enforcement officials report. The Memphis Police Department responded to a call about the shooting at approximately 11:50 a.m., finding the victim critically injured on the 200 block of West Red Oak Drive, as confirmed by WREG.com.
The unidentified man was swiftly taken to Regional One Hospital, in what officials described as critical condition. According to a FOX13 Memphis report, the scene unfolded in the late morning hours, when multiple gunmen, dressed, all in black clothing unleashed a barrage of bullets.
While the perpetrators remain at large, the Memphis Police Department has urged the public for assistance. They released a statement via their official X handle, showing an image of the area and describing the suspects as "several Black males in all black clothing."
