A shooting in Frayser has resulted in the death of an unnamed man yesterday afternoon. As reported by WREG, Memphis Police Department was called to the scene at 4:24 p.m. Responding to 4258 Overton Crossing, officers found a male victim who had been shot at the intersection of Smith Ridge and Smith Ridge Cove, and was later brought by a privately owned vehicle to the site.

Following the shooting, the victim was rushed to Regional One Hospital in critical condition. Despite the efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at the hospital. As of now, police have not released any suspect information.
