According to an update from the city, homeowners are asked to ensure their vehicles and trailers are moved out of garages before the Monday deadline to accommodate the construction work scheduled for the week.
The recent construction update highlighted that intensive work in Alley C is reaching its final stages with the concrete pavement set to be laid down the week of June 10. Residents have been reminded once again to keep all solid waste containers at the front of their homes during these final touches.
For Alley B, GL Contracting's impending activities mean that disruption is imminent. The city has assured residents that advance notice of any alley closures will be communicated via email, and signage will be placed at alley entrances. This is to ensure that residents have sufficient time to move their vehicles from garages that may become inaccessible during construction.
