He was last seen wearing an olive green zipped jacket, white shorts with a navy blue leaf pattern, and navy blue/tan loafers.
Vasquez's disappearance is of particular concern due to his medical condition; he suffers from a traumatic brain injury which affects his short-term memory. Additionally, Vasquez is on medication for seizures and epilepsy, raising the urgency of locating him quickly as he may require medical attention.
