Authorities at the TBI have shared a description of Mr. Hembree for public assistance, stating that he is 5'10" tall and weighs 180 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. In a plea to anyone who might see him, it was noted that he was last seen wearing blue jean shorts and a navy shirt, according to information provided by WVLT.
The TBI speculates further that the missing senior could be driving a red 1996 Dodge Dakota, identifiable by the Tennessee license plate 488BGNS, and may have traveled to the DeKalb, Georgia area. According to details obtained by WBIR, the truck is an older model but remains a crucial identifying factor in the search.
