According to FOX 5 Atlanta, authorities found two individuals wounded—a 20-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the leg and a 36-year-old suffering from cuts due to flying glass. The aftermath of the gunfire, which occurred just outside a strip mall store, unfolded with both victims speaking to medics while being assessed at the scene. The shooter had allegedly targeted them from outside the establishment.
The identity of the victims in the Thursday shooting remains unshielded by authorities. They discovered a woman who had suffered gunshot injuries following a confrontation that spiraled into violence. The suspect in this case was detained at the site of the shooting. As the victim received critical attention from medical personnel, WSBTV reported an escalated fight between the victim and a known acquaintance as the precursor to the tragic event.
