During a patrol operation in Baltimore's Central District, two individuals were arrested following the discovery of a stolen vehicle and a loaded firearm. The events unfolded on the morning of July 6, when police officers initiated a traffic stop after spotting a stolen tag on a vehicle parked in the 400 block of Aisquith Street, according to the Baltimore Police Department.

The officers' subsequent investigation led to the arrest of an 18-year-old male and a 23-year-old female, the confiscation of a Taurus semi-automatic handgun comes with 7 rounds, amid ongoing efforts by the local police to curb incidents of vehicle theft and gun violence within the city. Both suspects were taken into custody without any reported problems, and the Baltimore Police promptly handled the situation, ensuring public safety and enforcing the law.
Following the arrest, the suspects were transported to the Central Booking and Intake Facility (CBIF) for processing.
