
A fire broke out on the second floor and attic of a residence in Hyde Park yesterday, initiating a forceful response from local firefighters. The blaze, which occurred at 14 Ellis St. around 11:15 a.m., was met with aggressive interior and exterior attacks that helped to extinguish the flames promptly. The Boston Fire Department reported through their official X account that there were no injuries as a result of the incident.

Due to the fire, six residents have been displaced and are currently being assisted by the Red Cross of Massachusetts. The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Boston Fire Department's Fire Investigation Unit.
