
Tragedy struck Antioch last night when a 32-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a traffic collision. According to an Antioch Police Department, the accident occurred at approximately 7:43 PM in front of Bev Box at 907 W 10th Street, involving a motorcycle and an SUV.
Emergency responders found the Brentwood resident unresponsive on the ground. Despite the efforts of officers who performed lifesaving aid, the victim was pronounced dead after being transported to a local hospital.
The ongoing investigation by Traffic Accident Investigators has highlighted speed as a significant factor leading to the fatal event.
