
Yesterday, commuters in Campbell faced significant delays after a multi-vehicle collision on State Route 17. The Santa Clara County Fire Department (SCCFD) responded to the crash on the southbound highway near E Campbell Ave at approximately 4:50 p.m. Although SCCFD's initial reports indicated no injuries, the Pacific Attorney Group later confirmed that at least one person sustained minor injuries.
The collision involved four vehicles, among them a red Hyundai and a gray Honda, according to the Pacific Attorney Group. Traffic was heavily impacted by the accident, with the California Highway Patrol (CHP) remaining on the scene to manage the flow and investigate the cause. Commuters were advised by the Santa Clara County Fire Department to avoid the area while emergency services worked on-site.
