The first incident occurred on the 4300 block of North Milwaukee Ave. between 4:05 and 4:20 PM, followed swiftly by an event on the 6300 block of West Strong Ave. at 4:21 PM, with the day's string of thefts culminating on the 900 block of South Mayfield Ave. St. at around 5:45 PM, the perpetrators have been methodically hitting one site after another, edging their spree with a precision that leaves scant space for breath. Witnesses described the offenders as two males wearing masks and blue plastic gloves, with one sporting an orange hooded sweatshirt and the other in black.
