Responding to a shooting call, police found 31-year-old Brione Jacquil Spencer with gunshot wounds.
Despite the swift arrival of Dallas Fire Rescue and their emergency transport of Spencer to a local hospital, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
