A disturbing discovery at a Glendale construction site has prompted a death investigation after a woman's body was found on Monday morning. According to FOX 10 Phoenix, the body was located just after 9:00 A.M. near 75th and Northern Avenues. The Glendale Police Department has confirmed that the body, which is believed to be that of a woman, displayed signs of decomposition, though the victim has not yet been identified.
Glendale Police were alerted to the scene and, officers quickly set up a perimeter to secure the area. AZ Family reports that the Maricopa County Office of the Medical Examiner arrived in concurrence with detectives to assist with the investigation.
