
The Detroit Police Department continues its search for LaNiyah Davis Morris, a 14-year-old girl who has been missing since Sunday afternoon. She was last seen before 2 p.m. at her home on the 18900 block of Huntington St. in Detroit, as reported by WWJ Newsradio.
Morris is described as a Black female, around 5 feet tall, weighing 150 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. When she was last seen, she was wearing a black bonnet, white t-shirt, blue jean shorts, and red shoes. Commander Dietrich Lever of the Detroit Police Department's 8th Precinct has put out a call asking anyone who may have seen Morris, or knows of her whereabouts, to come forward and provide assistance. In an attempt to gather crucial information, the department's Missing Persons Facebook page echoed the call for help, highlighting the urgency of the situation.
