According to a news release from the Portland Police Bureau, North Precinct officers were dispatched to the intersection of Northeast 6th Avenue and Northeast Holladay Street at around 6:02 a.m. on Sunday, July 28, 2024, upon receiving reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, they discovered an adult male deceased on the sidewalk.
