Last seen in the 2900 block of Fruitvale Avenue at approximately 3:15 p.m., Lo was wearing a green sweatshirt, pants or bottoms of unknown color, and black shoes. Being 5 feet tall and weighing 120 pounds, she is a Chinese female with grey and black/gray hair and brown eyes.
