The Memphis Police Department responded to reports of gunfire around 9:30 p.m. at 3218 N. Watkins Street, the location of a Valero gas station in the Frayser area. FOX13 Memphis reports that upon arrival, officers found two individuals had been shot.
According to details released by the police, one of the victims was pronounced dead on the scene, while the other was transported to Regional One Health in a state of critical condition. While offering a description of the suspect, a man was wearing a blue hoodie and black skinny jeans, according to a statement obtained by Local Memphis.
