Pinal County, in cooperation with the Central Arizona Governments (CAG), has put out a call seeking insights into the everyday travel challenges faced by its senior citizens and individuals with disabilities. To pave the way for transportation upgrades, a public survey is now open that aims to get a handle on the requirements of these community groups and identify any shortcomings in the current system.
Residents are encouraged to fully express their concerns and needs by participating in the survey, an initiative that also seeks to shed light on service inadequacies within Pinal County. The survey is available in both English and Spanish and can be accessed by scanning a QR code on the survey flyer or visiting the Pinal County website.
The initiative exemplifies how local governance, by reaching out to residents for their input, aims to address and bridge the mobility divide. The feedback received from the survey will serve as a valuable resource for officials as they navigate the complexities of transportation planning, hoping to tailor improvements that match the actual demands of those dependent on such services.
