Yingchun Jiang, a 51-year-old female, pled guilty to a charge of prostitution on December 1, 2023, and is currently awaiting sentencing in Collin County Court at Law No. 4. Meanwhile, Guizhen He, a 42-year-old female faces, a pending case on a similar charge in Collin County Court at Law No. 7. He was also convicted on June 5, for acting as a massage therapist without a license.

Local authorities are showing no signs of relenting in their crackdown on these types of crimes. "The Plano Police Department is dedicated to fighting Human Trafficking, Prostitution and related offenses and will use all available criminal and civil tools to protect the community and hold accountable those who profit from sex crimes", the Plano Texas Police Department stated on its Facebook page. Their strategy extends beyond individual arrests, focusing as well on establishments involved in sex crimes.

Further investigations are ongoing, and officials have signaled their intention to pursue other massage establishments potentially linked to similar illicit activities in the area. This effort is part of a wider city-wide initiative to curtail offenses related to human trafficking and prostitution by utilizing both criminal and civil remedies.
