According to Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4, "Some neighborhoods will remain dark tonight, but rest assure that your Constable Deputies will keep high visibility until sunlight."
Residents are instructed to remain vigilant and to report any suspicious activities directly to the precinct's dispatch, as per Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4 . Strengthening their digital presence, the law enforcement agency has also introduced a new mobile application, "C4 NOW." It's designed to keep the populace informed with live feeds on a spectrum of concerns including crime, arrests, safety tips, and the ever-changing road conditions.
