
Efforts are intensifying in Sevier County as the Sheriff's Office continues its search for George Raymond Millington, a 46-year-old man reported missing since July 22. Millington was last seen in Seymour near Clark Street, WVLT reports. He is described as being 6'1" tall, weighing around 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
According to the Sheriff's Office, Millington was observed leaving the area in a red 1996 Pontiac Sunfire, a 2-door car sporting the Tennessee license plate 957BKXX. The Sevier County Sheriff's Office is urging anyone who has information regarding his whereabouts to come forward, WIVK has shared this appeal.
In a statement obtained by WATE, the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office disclosed that nearly 400 people go missing in Tennessee each year, which breaks down to about five people per 100,000.
