Two suspects were arrested in San Mateo County after deputies found firearms and narcotics during a vehicle stop on Thursday. The suspects, Kevin Escobarmora and Nathan Jaime were pulled over on Fifteenth Ave. Deputies recognized Escobarmora, who had an outstanding warrant for evading a traffic stop, as reported by the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office.
During the search, deputies found a loaded firearm with an extended magazine near Escobarmora. Jaime was found with a firearm with an altered serial number and an extended magazine under his seat, along with narcotics in the vehicle and on his person. Both were arrested and booked on charges related to weapons and narcotics possession.
Escobarmora was taken into custody for his outstanding warrant, and the search led to further charges for the discovered firearm. Jaime was arrested for possession of the firearm and narcotics and was booked on related offenses.
