According to a report by WFTV, deputies arrived just after midnight in response to these gunshots. Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez said, "Two people died, and one person was hurt in the shooting."
Describing the chaos, Sheriff Lopez likened the event to a notorious historical gunfight, "It was a shootout, like the O.K. Corral," Lopez said, as per WFTV. Victims of the shooting were rapidly transported to the hospital, where for one it became their last ride, while responders found another dead at the scene.
