The San Leandro Police Department has issued an urgent appeal to the public for help locating 71-year-old Louis Miles, who has gone missing. According to the San Leandro Police Department, Miles was last seen yesterday near his care facility on the 300 Block of Juana Avenue in San Leandro at about 3:30 p.m.
Louis Miles, identified as a person at risk due to physical and, mental health-related ailments has become a concern for authorities and loved ones. He was observed last wearing a white t-shirt that was inside out. The Police Department, in their notice, implored the community to be vigilant and to report any sightings or information that could aid in the whereabouts of Mr. Miles.
