Union Street has welcomed a new unique location to its collection of eclectic coffee shops — Motoring Coffee, where classic cars and artisan espresso collide. Open daily from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., this 2,000-square-foot venue at 1525 Union Street isn't your typical cafe; it doubles as a nod to vintage automotive elegance, featuring a rotating selection of eye-catching vehicles like a 1986 Porsche 911, on display for patrons to admire.

If you're not careful, you might be more enthralled by the sleek lines of a classic Alfa Romeo than your latte's foam art. In addition to the broad Wi-Fi and seating for over 20 guests, the venue boasts a projector wall showcasing morning F1 races, creating an immersive experience for motorsport fans.
As described by the San Francisco Eater, their partnership with Coffee Manufactory ensures that each blend, from robust espressos to signature drinks like the 'Burnt Rubber,' is as unique as the classic cars parked inside the cafe. Health-conscious consumers can enjoy their drinks without extra charge for alternative milk options, adhering to a growing demand for customizable beverage experiences.
In other news, Motoring Coffee just opened in Cow Hollow and I’m obsessed.

The culinary aspect isn't overlooked, either; a collaboration with Saltwater Bakeshop graces the menu with a delectable array of pastries, soon complemented by hearty breakfast sandwiches and easily accessible grab-and-go options. Michael Rapetti's vision for Motoring Coffee transcends mere vehicle admiration, as he aims to cultivate a communal space for classic car aficionados, where quarterly markets and car events can rally like-minded individuals together, "We're hoping to bring some new energy and new community to what I think is already such a great vibrant neighborhood," he said, as cited by the San Francisco Eater.
