A 25-year-old Waltham man is in custody after being arrested for allegedly engaging in 'upskirting' at the MBTA Community College Station, the transit police department reported. According to a X's post from the MBTA Transit Police Department, the arrest followed an investigation by their detectives into the incident, which allegedly took place on July 1. The suspect, already on probation for a similar offense, was charged with this invasive breach of privacy after attempting to flee but ultimately being apprehointed by authorities.
