Jorge Torres-Maldonado, a resident of Pineland Ave in Worcester, was arrested after officers connected him to an assault that left another man with severe injuries to his neck. The attack, which occurred on Jefferson St on July 20, 2024, prompted an immediate response from law enforcement and medical personnel, who provided first aid to the victim before transporting him to a nearby hospital, according to a report by the Worcester Police.
