On Sunday, there’s a 30% chance of afternoon storms with temperatures reaching about 92 degrees. Labor Day will have a 40% chance of storms with mostly sunny skies and a high near 89 degrees, slightly cooler than earlier in the week. Relief from the heat is expected on Tuesday with a 50% chance of showers and thunderstorms and a high of around 82 degrees.
