Stemming from transactions that purportedly occurred in the springtime months of March and April, Hoang's rap sheet now bears two counts of Manufacture/Delivery of Fentanyl, alongside two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance — predicaments categorized respectively within the realms of Class 1 and Class 4 felonies. Following through with investigations, dedicated detectives of the Special Operations Group secured the charges against Hoang.
