In a special event for 'Take Your Child to Work Day', Boston's District A-1 police officers joined with State Street to give kids a look at police work. The children enjoyed rides in mini cruisers and had fun with real police sirens, according to a report from the Boston Police Department.

After having a blast with the interactive police gear, the kids cooled off, enjoying ice cream while engaging in coloring and equipping their backpacks with safety tags. Wearing their official junior police badges, the children immersed themselves into the roles of Boston's finest, albeit in pint-sized form.

The BPD expressed gratitude towards State Street for involving them in such a remarkable and enlightening experience. "The kids were ready to hit the beat 😊!" as reported by Boston Police Department.

The children, wearing junior police badges, felt proud and responsible, like real officers. These badges were more than just decorations, they represented a short but meaningful experience of duty and care. The Boston Police Department thanked State Street for allowing them to be part of the event, calling it a great experience.
