The Carroll County Bureau of Aging & Disabilities, which focuses on the needs of older adults, people with disabilities, veterans, and their caregivers, is the primary sponsor of this event. According to the county's official announcement, space is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and interested parties are encouraged to secure their booths promptly, as registration is set to close on Friday, September 6th.
