The tragic case of Avery Norwood, who was found beaten and unconscious earlier in April, has now been reclassified as a homicide after the 34-year-old succumbed to his injuries. Mockingbird Lane on April 6, and upon their arrival at approximately 8:35 a.m., they discovered Norwood in critical condition. He was then rushed to a local hospital for treatment.
