According to a news release from ClickOnDetroit, she was last observed on July 26 at approximately 10:30 a.m. near Shiawassee Drive, just north of Grand River Avenue.
Harrison is described as being 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs around 220 pounds and she was last seen wearing a black shirt with black shorts, her caregiver has confirmed that she lives with autism which heightens concerns for her well-being—the Detroit Police Department is requesting anyone with information on her whereabouts to reach out.
A further alert posted by the Detroit Police Department on their Facebook page emphasizes the urgency of the situation, asking anyone with knowledge of Harrison's location to contact the 8th Precinct at (313) 596-5840 or to dial 911 immediately. The police urge citizens to report any sightings, noting that information that may seem trivial could prove essential in ensuring her safe return.
