Described as being 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 236 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, Kaliyah's absence is particularly disconcerting given her bipolar condition, a detail shared by her mother. The Detroit Police Department’s 8th Precinct is heading the search, and they urge anyone with relevant information to come forward.
