The individual, 52-year-old Jorge Sosa, was apprehended on August 20th following reports of his presence in the 300 block of Torreon St. The El Paso County Sheriff's Office reported that deputies arrived on the scene to follow up on information regarding Sosa, who had fled by foot upon their approach. The search extended across open fields and canal areas.
